INTRODUCTION​

These Terms of Service govern the use of the content and services offered through the Glimpse mobile application (“Glimpse App” or “App”), Glimpse website, and Glimpse social media accounts (collectively, the “Services”).

The terms “Glimpse,” “we,” or “us” refer to **Get a Glimpse, LLC**, a company incorporated in the state of Delaware:

The terms “user” or “you” refer to any user of the Services.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

GLIMPSE APP

1. General Rules

Your use of the Glimpse App is governed by these Terms and by Apple’s App Store rules, which apply to all downloads and purchases made through the Apple ecosystem.

We license use of the App to you, but we (or our licensors) remain the sole owners of the App and its content.

2. App Account and Premium Subscriptions

To use the Glimpse App, you must sign in using your Apple ID.

Glimpse offers a Premium subscription that unlocks enhanced features, including AI-powered tools and unlimited usage. Upon initial download, users receive a limited number of free AI tokens to explore the app. After those tokens are used, a Premium subscription is required for continued access to advanced features.

Currently, no free trial is offered. In the future, we may introduce time-limited trial periods, which will be clearly communicated within the App.

All subscription payments are handled through Apple. If you have issues related to payment, billing, renewals, or refunds, please contact Apple Support directly.

Note: Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, you must do so through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use Glimpse. If your local laws require a higher age to use the Services without parental consent, you must meet that minimum age.

4. Using the App

We may make changes to the App at any time, including the addition of paid features. You will be informed clearly before any charges are applied.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may result in performance or security issues for which we are not liable.

A stable internet connection is required to use certain features of the App. Any data usage charges incurred through your provider are your responsibility.

We may update the App from time to time, and you may need to install these updates to continue using the App properly.

We may also discontinue the App at any time. If we do, your right to use the App will end, and you must delete it from your device.

If you are not the bill payer for the device used, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the App.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Glimpse provides tools for self-reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and personal insight. These are intended for general well-being and are not medical advice.

Glimpse is not a healthcare provider and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or mental health condition. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making decisions that could affect your health.

If you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition or are experiencing distress, please speak with a licensed professional before using Glimpse. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, seek emergency help immediately.

If the App includes any movement, breathwork, or meditation content, you acknowledge that you are in sufficient physical health to participate. Please consult a healthcare provider before starting any new physical or mental wellness routine.

AI USAGE

Glimpse includes features powered by artificial intelligence (AI). By using these features, you acknowledge that your input (e.g., voice notes, written entries) may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. While we aim to provide helpful insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. AI outputs are for informational and exploratory purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

COPYRIGHTS

Subject to these Terms, Glimpse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content within the App and associated platforms—software, branding, text, media, and other materials—is the property of Get a Glimpse, LLC, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any content without express written permission. You may share a limited amount of content (e.g., quotes or images) on personal social media or blogs as long as the content is unaltered, attributed to Glimpse, and not used out of context.

Unauthorized use of the Services or content will immediately terminate your access and may result in legal action.

DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

Glimpse does not store your journal entries, voice notes, or other personal content on our servers. All data is saved locally on your device and, if iCloud backup is enabled, it may be stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple.

We do not access, collect, view, or retain your personal data. You are in full control of your content. If you delete the app or your device data, it may result in permanent loss of your entries unless backed up via iCloud.

Glimpse does not sell, share, or distribute your content to any third party.

USER CONTENT LICENSE

All content you create or upload within Glimpse—such as journal entries, voice recordings, photos, or other personal input—remains solely on your device (and optionally your iCloud account if enabled).

We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal content to our servers. Because of this, we do not claim any license over your private content.

However, if you choose to share feedback with us (e.g., via support requests or suggestions), you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve Glimpse without compensation or obligation.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes, including harassment, impersonation, or sharing harmful content.

You may not reverse-engineer or use the Services to develop a competing product.

You agree to access Glimpse only through official means (the Apple App Store and the App itself) and follow all relevant instructions and rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Get a Glimpse, LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.

Our liability in any case is limited to the total amount you paid for the App or its services in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

All Services are provided “AS IS,” without warranty. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or error.

Links to third-party websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or any issues resulting from visiting them.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We may also notify you of changes via email or in-app notifications when appropriate.
